now hiring: Youth Care Worker:
Youth Care Workers work as a team to provide direct care, safety, and support to all youth enrolled in YCC Crisis Shelter and YCC Group Home. It is the responsibility of Youth Care Workers to maintain the structure of programming and support youth compliance with YCC guidelines, case plans, and individual needs.
Qualified Candidates:
Must be 21 years or older, have a positive attitude, be motivated to provide a safe and encouraging space for youth, and serve as an excellent role models. Youth Care Workers work directly with youth and are needed for all shifts including evenings, overnights, and weekends. Must be able to work 12-hour shifts, holidays, and weekends.
